BEE BOX

We wanted to do something really special for Nick and Jillian's wedding gift.  I spotted an old bee box on my father-in-law's burn pile and got really excited!  Nick's dad (Uncle John) and Kevin's dad are bee keepers {apiarists, if you will} and N & J are giving away Terpstra Honey for their favors, so I knew I had to do something with a bee box!  Kev put a bottom on it made from an old fence board and dry brushed it with some white paint.  I used my cricut to cut out "Terpstra" and mod podged it on.  I filled it with 4 fluffy white towels and a back brush and viola!  Here is the finished product!

This is their bee keeping number, stamped right in to the box!  I think Nick and Jillian are going to love this gift.
And we loved doing it for them!
